Guides on JM Tech Power get corrected and extended over time. To make those revisions easy to spot, the Articles page at https://jmtechpower.com/articles now shows a small Updated badge next to an article's reading time when it was revised recently.

When the badge appears

• The article was edited on a later day than it was first published. Fixing a typo minutes after posting does not count.
• The edit was within the last 14 days. After that the badge goes away by itself, so the list stays calm.
• Hover over the badge to see the date of the last edit, for example "Updated 2026-11-01".

What does not count as an update

• Likes — liking or unliking an article no longer changes its "updated" date.
• Views — reading an article never changes it either.
• Only an actual change to the article by its author counts.

On the article itself

Open a badged article and its header shows how long ago it was updated, such as "Updated 3 days ago". That line is explained in Article header shows when a post was Updated as relative time on the Articles page.

In Chinese

With the site in Chinese the badge reads 已更新, and hovering shows 更新于 followed by the date.
