Claude, GPT, Grok, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or free local models with Ollama. Pick a different one for each bot.

Already pay for Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus or a Google account? Bots can run on those instead of API keys.
Bots that work together
Bots hand work to each other, share a project folder, and can make new bots. A live board shows who's doing what.

What you need
- Linux with Python 3.11 or newer.
- For the desktop window: GTK WebKit. On Ubuntu or Debian:
sudo apt install python3-venv python3-gi gir1.2-webkit2-4.1 - A model to use: an API key, a subscription you already have, or Ollama for free local models.
Install by hand
- Download
jjbot.zipabove and unzip it. - In the
jjbotfolder, runbash install-desktop.sh. JJ Bot appears in your app menu. - Run
.venv/bin/jjbot initto choose your model.
Just want the command line? pip install -e . in the folder, then jjbot init.
After installing
jjbot initsets up your model and bots. Settings live in~/.jjbot.- Open JJ Bot from your app menu, or chat in a terminal with
jjbot chat. - The full guide is

Remove it
rm -rf ~/.local/share/jjbot ~/.local/bin/jjbot ~/.local/share/applications/jjbot.desktop
This keeps your settings and chats. To remove those too, also delete ~/.jjbot.
